PDR Technician
Entry through master-level paintless dent repair specialists. Aluminum certification preferred but not required — we train the right people.
- •Hands-on PDR experience preferred (we'll train motivated entry-level techs)
- •Aluminum certification a major plus (Ford Transit / Tesla / Rivian)
- •Comfortable with detection lighting, glue-pull tools, and PDR rod work
- •Pride in craftsmanship — we don't ship anything that isn't factory-quality
Sales Rep / Storm Canvasser
Door-to-door, lot-walking, and inbound lead conversion. Each rep gets their own dedicated landing page + QR-coded business cards for credibility.
- •Comfortable approaching homeowners and small business owners
- •Storm restoration / roofing / auto sales background a plus
- •Self-directed; track your own leads and conversions
- •Commission structure with strong base + per-vehicle bonuses
Insurance Estimator / Claim Specialist
Run our claim-handling operation: file claims, attend adjuster inspections, document supplements, negotiate fair payouts.
- •Auto insurance industry background (claims, estimating, or adjusting)
- •Familiar with major carriers' processes (State Farm, Allstate, Progressive, USAA, etc.)
- •Comfortable advocating for customers without burning insurer relationships
- •Detail-oriented documentation — every dent, every supplement, every dollar
Customer Service / Concierge
First and last touch for every customer. Inbound calls, scheduling, status updates, and the warm handoff between every step of the repair.
- •Strong phone presence and written communication
- •GoHighLevel CRM experience a plus (we use it heavily)
- •Comfortable juggling 20+ active jobs at once
- •The job is making people feel taken care of when their car is wrecked — empathy matters
Detail Tech
Every vehicle leaves freshly detailed. You make our final delivery feel like a luxury experience — interior + exterior + hand wash.
- •Auto detailing experience preferred
- •Eye for finish quality (we re-inspect everything before delivery)
- •Steady hands and patience for high-end vehicles
- •Comfortable working alongside PDR techs in a busy shop
Driver / Valet
Run our white-glove pickup and delivery service across DFW. Drop loaners, swap vehicles, return finished cars to customers' doors.
- •Clean driving record + comfortable driving everything from sedans to Sprinters
- •Customer-facing — you're the face of the brand at handoff
- •Reliable, on-time, and presentable
- •Familiarity with the DFW metroplex (or willingness to learn fast)
